This #energyunion scorecard is a simple measure of delivery. It aims to link EU institutional deliberations and total tangible outcomes. It will be regularly updated (at least every 2/3 months) until the EP & EC mandates end in 2019. If you see any error or omission here, tell me and I’ll fix it.
